Atalanta goalkeeper Marco Sportiello has reportedly said ‘yes’ to move to Fiorentina.

Atalanta goalkeeper Marco Sportiello has reportedly said ‘yes’ to move to Fiorentina.

The 24-year-old has lost his place in the starting lineup to Etrit Berisha, who joined La Dea on loan from Lazio this summer. The club have an option to make the deal for the Albanian permanent, allowing Sportiello – a product of their youth system to move on.

According to AlfredoPedulla.com, the Viola will take the goalkeeper on loan with a view to a permanent deal in the summer worth in the region of €6-7m.

The arrival of Sportiello would be bad news for Ciprian Tatarusanu, who has been a regular starter for Fiorentina since Neto made the move to Juventus in summer 2015.
