The Round of 16 kicks off on Thursday at 20.00 GMT at San Siro.

“There are many roads to reach Europe and one of these is the Coppa Italia,” the Coach told TG3.

“It is an important competition where impressing is really not enough. So far we’ve proved that in one-off games we can fight it out with anyone, so we go to San Siro with confidence that we can get through to the next round.

“We know it won’t be easy, but also that it is not impossible. We just have to focus on playing our style of football.”

Iago Falque (bruised heel), Leandro Castan and Danilo Avelar are out injured, but new signing Carlao is already in the squad.

“I will try to make as few changes as possible,” added Mihajlovic

Torino squad for Milan: Cucchietti, Hart, Padelli; Arjeti, Barreca, Carlao, De Silvestri, Moretti, Rossettini, Zappacosta; Baselli, Benassi, Gustafson, Lukic, Obi, Valdifiori; Belotti, Boye, Iturbe, Ljajic, Maxi Lopez, Martinez
