Genoa Coach Ivan Juric is adamant that his side are not safe from relegation after their 4-1 loss at Cagliari.

The Rossoblu took the lead in Sardinia but were behind by half time and surrendered two more goals in the second half.

"We had control of the game, then we lost it in five minutes," Juric explained at his post-match Press conference.

"In the second half, we did badly, we went on the pitch with too little concentration.

"My boys are very young, we always try to do our best and it isn't fair to single out any individuals for criticism.

"We have a lot of important absences like Perin and Veloso. Today, however, there are no excuses.

"Taking away the first 35 minutes, we did very badly. Next Sunday, against Crotone, it will be a very important match towards staying up.

"There's no need to joke, we still have to fight a lot in order to confirm our place in the top flight."
