Gabigol is delighted to have featured in Inter's win over Pescara, adding he now feels 'faster and stronger.'

The forward has endured a difficult beginning to his San Siro career since joining from Brazilian side Santos last summer, making just two Serie A appearances prior to yesterday.

However, he came on as a substitute for the final 15 minutes of the 3-0 victory against the Delfini and is now hopeful of featuring on a more regular basis.

"I am very happy to have come on and to have helped the team," Gabigol told Inter Channel. "The fans were great as always.

"I had a good chance, but I should have passed to Eder instead of shooting. Actually, I said sorry to him.

"I will not change my way of playing. I have quality and I will always play like that. If the defender don't like it, that isn't my problem.

"The day to day training is different in Brazil to how it is in Italy. Now I am more ready, faster and stronger physically.

"I am growing and everyone helps me. I am happy to be here and more than anything I hope the team keeps winning."
