Luigi Del Neri praised his Udinese players for 'playing as a team' in their 2-1 win over Milan.

Despite falling behind early on to a Giacomo Bonaventura strike, the Bianconeri recovered to turn the contest on its head and earn a first win in five Serie A matches.

"Udinese play as a team now," Del Neri said of his side's performance. "But instead of doing it once, we need to do it 10 times. We have found the right attitude.

"We were stung by recent defeats, we lost them in the wrong way. Today was a double response from the team. Firstly, the performance and secondly, the turnaround in the result.

"We suffered because the quality of the opponents is important. The defence is getting back to doing well, though with more attention we could have avoided Bonaventura's goal.

"I am always critical but today I cannot do it. The team gave what it needed to give. We saw a positive team."
