Banti for Roma-Napoli

Luca Banti has been announced as the referee for this weekend’s showdown between Roma and Napoli.

The second and third-placed team in Serie A meet at the Olimpico, in what could be a crucial match in determining the Scudetto race and the Champions League places. Click here for a match preview.

Today the AIA has announced that Luca Banti will officiate, having taken charge of the Giallorossi’s Derby della Capitale win in December.

The Partenopei’s last game with the Livorno-native was a 1-0 win at Udinese on November 19.

Elsewhere, Marco Di Bello is the man in the middle as Inter visit Cagliari, while Daniele Dover takes charge of Empoli-Genoa after his controversial display in Napoli’s Coppa Italia defeat to Juventus.
