Federico Chiesa may be punished by Juventus for his outburst at Massimiliano Allegri in the Derby della Mole draw with Torino.

The 26-year-old is known to have a rocky relationship with the Bianconeri tactician and things again came to blows on Saturday, when the Italian winger raged at his coach after being taken off in the 64th minute in the derby, complaining that he’s ‘always the first’ player substituted.

Chiesa has just over a year left on his contract with Juventus and negotiations regarding a new deal are ongoing, but the club are reportedly open to offers in the upcoming summer transfer window amidst interest from Liverpool and Chelsea.

Chiesa frustration

As reported by La Stampa via Calciomercato.com, Chiesa may face consequences as a result of his outburst against Allegri, with suggestions that he could be left on the bench for Juventus’ upcoming Serie A clash with Cagliari on April 19th.

Kenan Yildiz could take the Italian’s place in the starting lineup, which could be a possible prelude to the club’s future plans should the Italy international depart in the summer.

  1. The team is broken while the useless ownership doesn’t do anything to rid themselves of the cancerous tumour that is Allegri.
