Coach Fabio Pecchia

Former Napoli, Juventus and Torino midfielder Pecchia retired in 2009 and went straight into management as part of Foggia's staff. He made his mark as assistant manager to Rafa Benitez at Napoli, following the Spanish Coach to Real Madrid and then Newcastle United. When the call came from Hellas Verona to lead them back from Serie B in the summer of 2016, Pecchia simply couldn't turn down this opportunity.

In his maiden campaign, he steered the Gialloblu back into Serie A, finishing second behind the unexpected Spal success.
