Atalanta and Juventus will meet in the Coppa Italia Final on May 15, but both Gianluca Scamacca and Manuel Locatelli will be suspended.

The showdown is set for the Stadio Olimpico in Rome on Wednesday May 15.

The winner will be decided on the night, as if they are level after 90 minutes, it goes to extra time or even penalties.

However, both teams are going to be missing key players in the Final after an accumulation of yellow cards.

Locatelli and Scamacca suspended

Juventus have midfielder Locatelli sitting out a ban, while Atalanta hitman Scamacca will be suspended following a booking for a challenge on Fiorentina forward Nico Gonzalez.

La Dea have an extraordinarily packed fixture list, as they must also play Olympique Marseille in the Europa League semi-final on May 2 and May 9.

They have a Serie A game in hand to play against Fiorentina and it looks increasingly likely that won’t be scheduled until after the season has concluded on May 26.

This can cause a huge problem for the regularity of the Serie A season, as Atalanta and Fiorentina are both in the race for European qualification, so knowing the other final results could give them a psychological advantage.
