The Serie A Week 35 schedule has been confirmed, with MilanGenoa and RomaJuventus on May 5, while Inter’s Scudetto celebration with Torino is moved to April 28.

The Nerazzurri were mathematically crowned Champions of Italy last night thanks to their 2-1 victory over Milan in the Derby della Madonnina.

They will have the Serie A trophy and medals handed to them on the pitch at San Siro after the match against Torino.

It was originally scheduled for Saturday April 27 at 14.00 UK time (13.00 GMT), but has officially been moved to Sunday April 28 at 11.30 UK time (10.30 GMT).

This was requested by Inter so they can then begin the open-top bus parade through the city streets after that event, culminating in Piazza Duomo.

Meanwhile, the Lega Serie A also confirmed the official schedule for Serie A Week 35.
