Line-ups: Ronaldinho dropped again

Ronaldinho is on the bench yet again, but Kevin-Prince Boateng starts in a trequartista role for Milan against Brescia.

The Serie A leaders welcome their neighbours to San Siro for a local derby, so need at least a point to stay up there on their own after being caught by Lazio.

Alexandre Pato and Pippo Inzaghi are out of action until 2011, but Ronaldinho is still not given a chance to shine, as he is dropped for the seventh consecutive game.

Andrea Pirlo returns to the line-up after his injury problems, but Clarence Seedorf is rested.

Brescia are without a win since September, although they have held Juventus and Inter to draws – including their last visit to this stadium.

There are no injury or suspension issues for Coach Beppe Iachini to contend with, but he is hanging by a thread with reports he could be fired this weekend.

Eder moves to the bench for Alessandro Diamanti and Panagiotis Kone' to support lone centre-forward Andrea Caracciolo.

Milan: Abbiati; Abate, Nesta, Thiago Silva, Zambrotta; Gattuso, Pirlo, Ambrosini; Boateng; Ibrahimovic, Robinho

Brescia: Sereni; Zebina, Bega, Martinez; Berardi, Vass, Hetemaj, Daprelà; Diamanti, Kone; Caracciolo
