Serie A: Milan derby moved forward

The fixture list changes are confirmed with the Milan derby on Saturday April 2 and a lunch-time start for Napoli-Lazio.

There's an unusual Sunday lunch-time start for Napoli-Lazio, which sees third welcome fifth as things currently stand.

That night Roma aim to continue their revival against crisis side Juventus on April 3.
