Robinho desires win in Rome

Despite needing just a point to win the Scudetto, Robinho insists his Milan side are aiming for a victory at Roma.

The two teams meet at the Olimpico on Saturday night and the Brazilian is keen for his outfit to wrap up the title in style.

"Roma are a strong side and have great players, but we are going there to win," Robinho told Milan Channel.

"This is an important moment for us and we are in good shape physically to give our best on Saturday.

"We need just a point and we have to try to finish the job of collecting the title as soon as possible."

The attacker joined the San Siro giants just before the transfer window closed from Manchester City last summer.

"I came here with the mentality of winning something and to leave my mark for the most important club in the world," he added.

"I've done well this season and I hope to repeat myself next term.

"The Italian championship is hard and different to those I have played in during the past, but I have settled and am happy."
