Line-ups: Pazzini takes on PSV

Sampdoria are relying on Guido Marilungo and Giampaolo Pazzini for their must-win Europa League clash with PSV Eindhoven.

The Blucerchiati absolutely need a victory at Marassi in the 18.00 UK time kick-off to avoid crashing out of the competition.

With Antonio Cassano still frozen out following his blazing row with President Riccardo Garrone, the pressure is on Pazzini to deliver.

His partner for this game is Under-21 international Marilungo, as Nicola Pozzi is not even on the bench.

Stefano Guberti is dropped in favour of a stronger midfield with Vladimir Koman and Andrea Poli.

The star of the PSV attack is Ibrahim Afellay in their 4-3-3 formation.

The Dutch side currently lead Group I with 10 points, followed by Metalist Kharkiv on seven and Sampdoria with five.

When these teams met in the opening round, Samp were leading in Holland before Balazs Dzsudzsak scored a last-minute equaliser.
