Torino are have reported identified Sassuolo’s Diego Falcinelli as the man to play backup to Andrea Belotti.
The Granata are keen to bring in a striker in January, with Belotti struggling with a knee injury and Maxi Lopez having left for Udinese.
According to Tuttosport, President Urbano Cairo has identified Falcinelli as the ideal candidate.
The forward already has Serie A experience, and at the age of 26 he would have resale value.
The Neroverdi would also for around €10m, but if Falcinelli asks to leave a deal could be done for closer to €8m.
