Report: Serie A discuss potential Plan B

Serie A has reportedly started discussing the hypotheses of a play-offs and a Final Eight, should the League risk having to finish with a different format.

The decision was made by volcanic patron Cellino just two games into the new Serie B season.

The Rondinelle picked up one point from those two rounds and Delneri was fired after a 3-0 defeat to league leaders Cittadella.

Lopez had been at Brescia from February 5 to the end of the season, parting company on August 20.

His 16 games resulted in two wins, four draws and 10 defeats.

Balotelli an intriguing fit for Genoa

Mario Balotelli looks as if he’ll sign for Genoa and Richard Hall writes that this could be the perfect fit for both, although any harmony is likely to be short lived.
