Milan: Bonucci talk ‘dark forces’

Milan claim “dark forces” are trying to unsettle Leonardo Bonucci but believe it is ‘normal’ for the defender to be in touch with Chelsea boss Antonio Conte.

Friday’s edition of Tuttosport reported Conte was hoping to reunite with Bonucci at Chelsea, but a Press review on the Rossoneri’s official website assures the centre-back only “cares deeply” about their game against Atalanta on Friday.

Conte ‘eyes Bonucci reunion’

Antonio Conte is reportedly eyeing a reunion with Milan defender Leonardo Bonucci at Chelsea.

According to Tuttosport, Conte called Bonucci in October to ask him about his progress at Milan.

Consequently, the former Italy boss would now be calling “to bring the centre-back to West London.”

The Blues could be in the market for a new stopper as there have been reports of a breakdown between the Coach and David Luiz.

Bonucci disappointed by Milan?

It’s reported Leonardo Bonucci is disappointed by Milan, and it’s not impossible for him to move on in January or the summer.

The centre-back joined the Rossoneri from Juventus this summer, in one of the most shocking transfers of recent years.

Salah: 'Roma different to other clubs'

Liverpool star Mohamed Salah thanked Luciano Spalletti for “helping me a lot” at Roma, but “you feel it is different to any other club.”

The Egypt international really flourished in Serie A, first on loan at Fiorentina from Chelsea in 2015, then at Roma until his summer transfer to Anfield.

“I had a good four months at Fiorentina and it was a good time for me and us as a team,” Salah told LiverpoolFC.com.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte claims he ‘deserves’ more respect and has hit out at the constant speculation about his position. “It can create problems...”

Conte guided Chelsea to the Premier League title last season, but the former Juventus boss has been continually linked with a return to Italy, while media coverage of the Blues has been overshadowed by Manchester City’s dominant form this season.

Juve swoop for David Luiz?

English papers claim Juventus are the favourites to sign David Luiz if the Brazilian leaves Chelsea in January, replacing Benedikt Howedes.

The versatile 30-year-old can play in defence or midfield, which would suit the regular tactical tinkering of Coach Max Allegri.

David Luiz had a row with Antonio Conte after the 3-0 Champions League loss to Roma in October and has played only once since then.

He has been suffering from a knee injury, but Conte hinted he’d prefer Andreas Christensen even once Luiz found fitness.

Candreva to extend at Inter

Antonio Candreva is expected to sign a new deal holding him to Inter until June 2021.

The Italy international’s current contract is due to expire in June 2020.

He has long been linked with a move to the Premier League with Chelsea and Manchester United interested in the winger.

According to Sky Sport Italia, negotiations have reached a positive conclusion and Candreva will sign the extension next week.

He turns 31 in February and joined Inter from Lazio for €22m in the summer of 2016.

Juventus could sell Alex Sandro to Chelsea or Manchester City in January, spending €20m on Roma full-back Emerson Palmieri.

The reports of a summer switch had already emerged yesterday, but today’s edition of La Stampa claims the situation is moving rapidly forward.

The Turin-based newspaper insists Alex Sandro could be pushed towards the Premier League in the January transfer window for over €60m.
