Immobile back for Inter?

Lazio look set for a huge boost as Ciro Immobile will reportedly be fit for their Champions League decider against Inter on Sunday.

Immobile has been out of action since injuring his hamstring during Lazio’s 1-0 win at Torino on April 29.

However, Premium Sport claims the problem is not as bad as first feared and that their top goalscorer will be available to play.

The Aquile lead the Nerazzurri by three points going into the game, but their opponents will pip them to fourth with a win as they possess a superior head-to-head.

Felipe Anderson depends on CL

Felipe Anderson will only remain at Lazio if they qualify for the Champions League, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Aquile are on the verge of securing a top four finish, as a win away to Crotone this afternoon would mathematically book their spot in the tournament.

This will also have a crucial knock-on effect for their transfer strategy, as the income from the Champions League is incomparable to the Europa League.

Roma can build on three men

Is it just a one season wonder or can Roma keep in pace with Europe most elite clubs, asks Ramez Nathan, identifying three men who can lead them to the top.

Both Roma and Juventus left the Champions League this year after controversial decisions, yet while the Giallorossi protested Trent Alexander-Arnold's handball, Edin Dzeko's unawarded penalty and Liverpool's offside third goal in the first leg, the fans were gratefully singing "Grazie Roma", proud of what their heroes achieved on the pitch.

Juventus serial winners

Juventus proved once again that their golden domestic era isn't going to end yet, while Giancarlo Rinaldi notes Milan still have much to learn.

Their enemies use it as a jibe to cut them down to size, but it works both ways, in truth. Fino al confine - they jest - in a play on Juve’s motto which suggests that their domination stretches only as far as the boundaries of Italy. However, while they have come up just short in Europe, the Coppa Italia Final underlined just what a superpower they remain on the home front.
