Former Roma coach Jose Mourinho and current manager of Turkey Vincenzo Montella were spotted together at today’s Premier League game between Fulham and Liverpool.

The pair were in the stands at Craven Cottage this afternoon and did not go unnoticed.

Montella was likely there to scout some of the Turkish players involved in the match ahead of their EURO 2024 campaign.

It was also a return to the stadium for the Italian, who spent a brief period playing for Fulham from January to May 2007 on loan from Roma.

The Little Aeroplane scored five goals in 14 appearances for the club, along with one assist.

Mourinho speculation

As for Mourinho, he has been linked with numerous jobs since he was sacked by Roma in mid-January.

Liverpool are known to be looking for a new coach, as Jurgen Klopp wants to take a year out.

Fulham could also be an option for Mourinho if he wants a return to the Premier League.
