Chiellini rejects Real Madrid links

Giorgio Chiellini laughed off links to Real Madrid and told Juventus “changing Coach every year isn't helping.”

The defender is one of the big stars in Turin and has recently been the subject of transfer gossip in Spain.

Those stories intensified when Real President Florentino Perez was spotted at lunch with Juve director general Beppe Marotta on Thursday.

“I don't know anything about transfer rumours, I just know that I want to stay at Juventus,” Chiellini told the club website.

Juve meet with Real Madrid

Juventus director general Beppe Marotta reportedly had lunch with Real Madrid President Florentino Perez earlier today.

Numerous sources in Italy are reporting the story which has unsurprisingly kick-started the transfer rumour mill.

It is claimed that Marotta, accompanied by his assistant Fabio Paratici, discussed numerous players with the Spanish chief.

The Old Lady are looking to strengthen the side over the summer after a problematic campaign under the guidance of Gigi Del Neri.

Inter 'won't rule out' Mourinho return

Inter director Marco Tronchetti Provera refuses to confirm Leonardo for next season. “Jose Mourinho? I can't rule anything out.”

There is much speculation over next season, including a potential return of their Treble-winning hero.

“Mourinho's return? It would be a mistake to say it can't happen. I can't rule anything out,” declared director and shareholder Tronchetti Provera.

The Real Madrid manager is under investigation by UEFA after suggesting referees favour Barcelona.

Bronzetti on Kaka-De Rossi rumours

Transfer expert Ernesto Bronzetti has commented on rumours Roma and Real Madrid are planning to exchange Daniele De Rossi and Kaka.

The report swirled around over the last couple of days, following on from long-term links between the Spaniards and De Rossi.

“It's one of the dumbest things I've heard today,” insisted FIFA agent Bronzetti on Radio Centro Suono.

“De Rossi is of no interest to Real Madrid, because they are already fully covered in that role.

Hernanes denies Real Madrid offer

Hernanes has quashed rumours of transfer negotiations between Lazio and Real Madrid.

The Brazilian midfielder has been a revelation since his summer move to Serie A and there were reports of interest from La Liga.

“I have never received any offers,” insisted Hernanes during a charity event.

“I read about it in the newspapers, but nobody actually contacted me.”

Hernanes has scored nine goals in 32 Serie A games this season and proved integral to Lazio's rise to fourth place.

Cavani tempted by Real

Edinson Cavani is tempted by a move to Real Madrid amid claims that talks to renew his contract at Napoli aren't going as well as planned.

Cavani feels his achievements this season deserve recognition and that his €1.8m a year pay packet needs improvement.

The Uruguay international, who has scored 25 goals in his first year at San Paolo in Serie A, is said to be looking for an extra €1m a season on top of his existing earnings.

There are reports Jose Mourinho is preparing a sensational return to Inter – after enrolling his children in a school near the training ground.

The Coach has never disguised his on-going affection for the Nerazzurri and this week hailed Massimo Moratti as “an incredible man who shows the football world what a President should be.”

Cavani: 'Napoli a dream, but Real...'

Edinson Cavani says he is experiencing “a dream” with Napoli, but also admits he'd love to play for Real Madrid.

The Uruguayan hitman is challenging for the Capocannoniere crown and the Scudetto in his first season at the San Paolo.

“I want everything to continue the way it is going now,” he told the official Copa America 2011 website.

Mourinho: Inter can do it

Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho believes his former club Inter can make it through to the semi-finals of the Champions League this evening.

The Nerazzurri have a mountain to climb in Gelsenkirchen and need to score at least four goals to book their place in the final four.

"If I know a team that has character, personality, strong friendship between the players and isn't afraid of complicated situations, this is Inter," Mourinho said.

"It's difficult to win 4-0, but we'll try.

Mou on Inter and 'crazy' Ronaldo talk

Jose Mourinho consoled Inter and commented on those Cristiano Ronaldo to Milan rumours. “It'd take something completely crazy.”

Real Madrid swept through to the Champions League semi-final by beating Tottenham 5-0 on aggregate, but Mou had an eye on his former club.

“I and the other Inter fans hoped to the end, but it really was a mission: impossible for Inter. Life is like that, you can't always win,” said the Special One on Sky Sport Italia after their exit to Schalke.
