Dybala agent meets PSG?

Paulo Dybala’s agent reportedly infuriated Juventus by meeting with officials from Paris Saint-Germain.

La Joya has been on the bench for the past two matches, and Bianconeri vice-President Pavel Nedved scolded the forward lightly, saying he had to “make sacrifices”.

Earlier this year the Argentinian international replaced agent Pierpaolo Triulzi with his own brother, Mariano.

Diawara: ‘Torino game fundamental’

Napoli midfielder Amadou Diawara says it’s “fundamental” to take all three points against Torino on Saturday.

With Inter playing on Saturday afternoon, the Partenopei will know the result when they kick off in Turin three hours later.

“We’re waiting for a very important game on Saturday,” Diawara explained on Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

“We’ll do everything to win it. The dip we’ve had in the last few games can happen to any team, we’ll work to over come it.

Pjanic: 'Juve dropped two points'

Miralem Pjanic assures there was no row with Max Allegri, but Juventus consider their draw with Inter to be “two dropped points.”

The midfielder seemed unhappy as he left the field in the final minutes to make way for Rodrigo Bentancur, seeming to turn and shout something to his Coach.

“No, nothing happened, I just wanted to get off the field quickly to ensure the substitution was completed, as time was running out to win the game,” Pjanic told Mediaset Premium.

Juve held firm, but director general Beppe Marotta has repeatedly said “we do not keep a player if he asks to leave.”

Napoli too shallow to succeed

Maurizio Sarri’s football depends on consistency, writes Jack Stevens, and that cost him the Champions League, but could it damage Scudetto prospects too?

As rumours circulated that Pep Guardiola texted Maurizio Sarri proclaiming that Manchester City would “do their best” to secure a win against Shakhtar Donetsk, you’d have been hard pressed to find anyone who would have predicted the eventual outcome on bettinglounge. A simple three points for City and a routine dispatching of Feyenoord by Napoli would have seen the darlings of football hipster culture waltz through to the last 16, just as the script set out.
