Mazzarri transforms Torino for Roma

Frosinone-Lazio and Cagliari-Atalanta moved

The Coppa Italia quarter-final schedule has changed some Serie A games, as Frosinone-Lazio and Cagliari-Atalanta move to February 4.

Today the fixture list was drawn up for the Coppa Italia and had a knock-on effect for some top flight ties.

Frosinone v Lazio had been scheduled for Sunday February 3 at 14.00 GMT, but has now been moved to Monday February 4 at 18.00 GMT.

Cagliari v Atalanta was set for Monday February 4 at 19.30 GMT, but was bumped to 20.00 GMT on the same day.

Confirmed: Coppa QF kick-off times

The dates and times for this season’s Coppa Italia quarter-finals have been confirmed.

Milan and Napoli get the last eight under way at San Siro on Tuesday January 29, kicking off at 19:45 GMT.

The following day sees Fiorentina host Roma at 16:30 and holders Juventus travel to Atalanta at 19:45.

Finally, Lazio lock horns with Inter on January 31 - also transfer deadline day in Italy - at 20:00.

Bologna fans were not racist

Bologna fans have been cleared of aiming racist chants at Juventus striker Moise Kean during the Coppa Italia Round of 16.

A few jeers in the opening minutes of the game sparked controversy, with suggestions monkey noises were made when the striker touched the ball.

However, after Bologna ultras released a statement assuring these were simply boos at any Juve player who approached the goal, an investigation has backed their version of events.

Allegri: 'Juve-Milan is knockout practice'

Max Allegri called Cristiano Ronaldo “the best player in the world” and told Juventus to use Milan in the Supercoppa as “practice for elimination rounds."

Roma sweat over double blow

Roma could be without Juan Jesus and Diego Perotti for several weeks after the pair suffered injuries against Virtus Entella.

Juan Jesus was stretchered off with his right knee bandaged up 10 minutes into Roma’s 4-0 Coppa Italia win against Entella, while Perotti’s calf flared up just before kick-off.

Reports suggest the Brazilian defender suffered a ‘hyperextension’ and underwent tests on Tuesday morning, with the extent of his problem not expected to be known until later in the week.
