Hernanes: 'My big Lazio regret'

Hernanes believes Lazio have gained with Lucas Leiva replacing Lucas Biglia and confessed to his greatest football regret.

The former Aquile midfielder went on to Inter and Juventus, then a brief spell in China and is now in Brazil at Sao Paulo.

“I decided to go to China because I play football for objectives and the path to achieve them had been blocked off at Juventus, so I had to change direction,” he told Radiosei.

Hernanes: ‘Everyone follows rules’

Former Juventus player Hernanes defends the decision to drop Leonardo Bonucci - “everyone must respect the rules”.

The centre-back was left out for yesterday’s win over Porto, having rowed with Coach Massmiliano Allegri during the Palermo game.

“When I arrived at Juve, I came to a place where I wanted to be,” Hernanes explained to Sky.

“It’s not a football team, it’s a business. It’s hard to find that kind of approach in football. There’s the club, and there are roles.

Hernanes: ‘Thank you, Juventus’

Hernanes thanks Juventus after leaving for Hebei China Fortune - “an honour to wear this shirt”.

It was officially confirmed today that the Brazilian has joined the Chinese Super League club, for a fee of €8m plus €2m in bonuses.

“I had quite a journey in Italy,” Hernanes, a former Lazio and Inter player, wrote on his Instagram page.

“Wearing this shirt for a year and a half has been an honour, a great pleasure and a source of pride. I’d like to thank everyone for this opportunity.

Official: Hernanes joins Hebei Fortune

Juventus have officially confirmed that Hernanes has joined Hebei Fortune for €8m plus €2m in bonuses.

The Brazilian had already bid goodbye to Italy this week, as he flew out to Marbella to join up with his new team.

Now the Bianconeri have officially confirmed his departure, as well as the financial terms of the transfer.

Hernanes: 'Farewell Italy!'

Juventus midfielder Hernanes has bid farewell to Italy on his Instagram account ahead of his move to China.

The Brazilian is set to link up with ex-Manchester City boss Manuel Pellegrini at Hebei China Fortune, the two clubs having agreed a deal worth up to €11m.

Posing in front of the Colosseum in Rome, the 31-year-old wrote:

“This image attracted me to Italy. Now that I’m leaving it’s the last image I will see!”

Hernanes will now fly to Marbella, where he will join his new teammates on retreat.

Report: Hernanes deal done

Hernanes’ move from Juventus to Hebei China Fortune is a done deal, according to reports tonight.

The Brazilian has been in talks with the Chinese Super League club, with Bianconeri general manager Giuseppe Marotta confirming that a deal is close.

Now Il Messaggero is reporting that a deal has been done, with the Old Lady accepting an offer of €8m plus a further €2m in bonuses.

The midfielder has agreed on a three-year contract worth €7m per season, twice what he earns in Turin.

Hernanes deal imminent

Details have emerged over the deal that will see Hernanes join Chinese Super League club Hebei China Fortune.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, the Brazilian is expected to sign today, with Juve director general Beppe Marotta admitting as much to reporters before the game with Inter on Sunday evening.

Juventus are on the verge of selling Hernanes to Hebei China Fortune for up to €11m, claim multiple reports.

Sky Sport Italia and Mediaset Premium are confident the deal will go through tomorrow.

The Bianconeri hinted as much when the midfielder was left out of the squad for tonight’s Serie A showdown with Inter in Turin.

It’s believed the move is worth €8-9m plus performance-related bonuses for a maximum fee of €11m.
