Agent: 'No Hernanes Hebei deal yet'

Hernanes “does not have an agreement” with Hebei China Fortune, insisted his agent, “but if Juventus strike a deal and it’s a good situation for us too…”

Sky Sport Italia claimed this evening that the Brazilian was on the verge of accepting a €10m move with a two-year contract worth €8m per season.

Hernanes close to Hebei Fortune

Hernanes is reportedly on the verge of agreeing a move to Hebei China Fortune after he was dropped by Juventus.

The midfielder was removed from the Champions League list in order to make way for January signing Tomas Rincon.

He had been close to Genoa or a return to Brazil with Sao Paulo on transfer deadline day.

According to Sky Sport Italia and SportItalia this evening, Hernanes is in advanced negotiations with Hebei China Fortune.

The Bianconeri would be able to pocket almost €10m, a huge return for a player who rarely featured.

Interest in Hernanes continues

Reports suggest Sao Paolo and Guangzhou Evergrande still want Hernanes, but he’s not keen to leave Juventus.

The Brazilian has left off the list for the latter stages of the Champions League, and hasn’t played since a 3-2 win over Atalanta on January 11.

However, the 31-year-old did not find a move away in the January transfer window, with a mooted move to Genoa falling through.

According to calciomercato.it, both Sao Paolo and Guangzhou Evergrande are trying to convince Hernanes to sign for them.

The Bianconeri announced their list for the tournament after transfer deadline day.

Patrice Evra has left and been replaced by Lichtsteiner, who had controversially been dropped in September.

January signing Rincon is chosen for the midfield and Hernanes, who rejected a transfer yesterday, makes way.

Hernanes in Sao Paulo return?

Reports in Brazil suggest that Sao Paulo are attempting to bring Juventus midfielder Hernanes back to the club.

According to Globo Esporte, the deal would consist of a loan with the Bianconeri contributing 50% of the player’s wages.

Juve had agreed to let the 31-year-old leave for Genoa, but he opted to decline the move.

The Recife-born player appeared for Sao Paulo as a youth player, before making 117 appearances for the club between 2005 and 2010.

Hernanes rejects Genoa

Juventus midfielder Hernanes has rejected a move to Genoa, after the club gave the go-ahead for a move.

According to Gianluca Di Marzio, the two sides had agreed a deal, but the Brazilian has opted to decline such an offer.

The saga has been ongoing since the summer, after a move to the Rossoblu for the 31-year-old was thwarted at the last minute after a deal for Axel Witsel also fell through.

Marotta: ‘No more Juventus signings’

Giuseppe Marotta confirms Juventus “won’t do anything” on the transfer market before the deadline tomorrow.

The Turin giants had been linked with the likes of Roma’s Leandro Paredes and Schalke 04 left-back Sead Kolasinac, while rumours suggested Hernanes could move to Genoa.

“Our transfer market is closed,” general manager Marotta told Sky in no uncertain terms.

“In these last few ours we won’t do anything.”

Marotta: 'No Evra replacement'

Juventus director Beppe Marotta confirms Patrice Evra is heading to Olympique Marseille and won’t be replaced, but Hernanes stays.

There were multiple reports this evening that the left-back was already in France for a medical and to sign an 18-month contract.

“Evra is discussing it with Marseille, I think a positive conclusion will arrive tomorrow,” Marotta told Rai Sport.

Hernanes on verge of Genoa loan

Juventus and Genoa have reportedly agreed a six-month loan for Hernanes, but now the player must give the go-ahead.

The 31-year-old midfielder is sliding down the pecking order in Turin, managing 13 appearances this season in all competition.

According to Goal Italia, Juve and Genoa have agreed terms on a six-month loan deal.

They are waiting for Hernanes to accept the move and the Brazilian is under contract with Juventus until June 2018.
