ADL: ‘Napoli won’t buy in January’

Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis reveals “we won’t buy anyone in January” but promises “a big name signing” in the summer.

Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani has been linked with a return to the Stadio San Paolo, and could well be the name the owner is referring to.

“We won’t buy anyone in January,” De Laurentiis told several newspapers, with a preview of his words broadcast by Radio Marte.


“In June though we’ll make a big name signing.

‘Napoli must make PSG suffer’

Former Paris Saint-Germain Coach Laurent Blanc advises Napoli that his former side struggle “when forced to suffer and defend”.
