Messi: 'Most important match'

Lionel Messi prepares Argentina for the World Cup Final, “the most important match of our lives for our country.”

They will take on Germany at the Maracana in Rio de Janeiro on Sunday at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).

“Tomorrow, we will play the most important match of our lives for our country,” wrote Messi on his Facebook page.

Wijnaldum: 'Ended on a high'

Oscar: 'What a horrible feeling'

The hosts terminated their tournament by conceding 11 goals in the final 180 minutes and finishing fourth.

Low: 'Germany can make history'
