Suarez: 'Forget the Chiellini bite'

Luis Suarez feels his bite on Giorgio Chiellini “needs to be forgotten about” after he was allowed to train with Barcelona.

The Uruguay striker was given a four-month ban, which included training or attending any sporting event, but this week the Court of Arbitration changed the terms to suspend him from playing competitive games only.

“I’m very happy to feel like a footballer again and to be with my team-mates,” Suarez told the official Barcelona website.

Agent: Lugano joining Genoa

The agent of Diego Lugano has confirmed his client will be joining Genoa either tonight or tomorrow morning.

The Uruguayan, who captained his country at this summer’s World Cup in Brazil, is currently a free agent after his departure from English side West Bromwich Albion at the end of last season.

“I think that between this evening and tomorrow morning we can close the deal,” Alexander Garini told PianetaGenoa1893.net.
