Skrabb: 'Can't wait for Brescia debut'

Simon Skrabb “loves a challenge and can’t wait to get started” with Brescia, as he grew up watching the Rondinelle and Serie A.

The midfielder completed his transfer from IFK Norrkoping on Monday, although it had been delayed by a few days, reportedly due to a dispute over his agent’s commission.

De Paul: 'Conte one of the best'

Udinese midfielder Rodrigo De Paul believes Inter coach Antonio Conte is “one of the three best in the world,” alongside Pep Guardiola and Maurizio Sarri, "but don't ask in what order."

The Argentina international was speaking to the Corriere dello Sport on a number of topics, and was asked where his best position is.

“I like to play as a mezz'ala, either in a two or a three man midfield. I play in a two with the international team, usually with [Leandro] Paredes next to me. With Udinese I play in a three.

Sarri: 'Atalanta are painful!'

Juventus coach Maurizio Sarri says he is in agreement with Pep Guardiola’s assessment, that facing Atalanta is like a trip to the dentist.

Atalanta held Manchester City to a 1-1 draw in the Champions League earlier in November, and captain Alejandro Gomez claimed to have been told by Guardiola that he did not enjoy the game.

“To call Atalanta ‘annoying’ is an understatement,” Sarri said before Juve’s match in Bergamo tomorrow.

Danilo: Sarri 'very similar' to Pep

Danilo says Maurizio Sarri is “very similar” to Pep Guardiola in how he works, even if the Juventus boss “gives more freedom to individual initiative.”

Danilo traded Manchester City for Juve over the summer, as part of the deal that took Joao Cancelo to the English champions, and the right-back is enjoying life in Turin.

“Turin is very different to Manchester,” the 28-year-old told Globo Esporte.

Guardiola: 'Wonderful result with Atalanta'

Pep Guardiola admits “the fear set in” after Claudio Bravo’s red card and “four points from two games against Atalanta is a wonderful result” for Manchester City.

Raheem Sterling scored early on at San Siro and Gabriel Jesus missed a penalty, but the hosts dominated the second half with a Mario Pasalic header and were unable to make the most of Bravo’s dismissal.

As Ederson went off injured, it meant there were no other goalkeepers available, so Kyle Walker had to take the gloves.

Pep: 'Don't know about Italy'

Pep Guardiola admits he “doesn’t know” whether he would like to coach in Italy as Manchester City prepare to face Atalanta at San Siro tomorrow.

Guardiola was heavily backed to replace Max Allegri at Juventus over the summer, with one report even claiming he had agreed a deal to take over.

Instead, the 48-year-old is busy masterminding another win for the English giants, which would book their place in the Champions League last 16.
