Massimiliano Allegri’s future at Juventus is increasingly uncertain and Thiago Motta and Antonio Conte are the leading candidates to replace the Livorno-born coach next season.

Allegri’s contract at the Allianz Stadium expires in June 2025, but several sources in Italy claim the Bianconeri will part company from their coach in the summer.

Most bet experts also think that Juventus will have a new boss in June. Among the betting platforms available online, BetZillion is undoubtedly one of the most reliable and loved by users. The website helps users discover top betting options through rankings, bookie reviews, guides, insights, and news, including news about the odds on candidates to replace Allegri at Juventus.

Both Allegri and the club have done nothing lately to end transfer speculation.

The Bianconeri coach didn’t guarantee he’d stay at a recent press conference on the eve of a Derby della Mole against Torino.

“I think that with the Champions League qualification, €100m is at stake, so right now, this is the main objective, and everyone is involved. As for the future, as always, the club will decide what is best for Juventus. Now, the best thing to do is to stick together and play for this target,” he said.

Likewise, Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli refused to confirm the 56-year-old coach would remain at the Allianz Stadium long-term.

“At the end of the season, there will be time to sit down and understand what the future of Juventus will be with clear objectives. That is what we did last summer. The coach has a contract, he is doing a great job, and at the end of the season, we’ll sit down to talk with him,” Giuntoli said before last week’s derby.

Allegri returned to Juventus in the summer of 2021 following Andrea Pirlo’s sacking. The ex-midfielder had won a Coppa Italia and a Supercoppa in his first and only season in charge of the Bianconeri, while Allegri finished the last two seasons empty-handed.

The Livorno-born coach has often been criticised by fans on social media for his defensive playing style and a poor run of results, which saw Juventus win just two Serie A games from the last 11, could be costly for the Italian tactician, who won 11 trophies in his first five years at the Allianz Stadium between 2014 and 2019.

Allegri first moved to Juventus when Conte surprisingly handed his resignation one day into the 2013-14 pre-season and now the ex-Chelsea and Tottenham coach is a candidate to take his spot in Turin.

However, Giuntoli’s main target appears to be exciting Bologna coach Thiago Motta who is fighting for a historic Champions League placement with the Rossoblu and has a contract expiring in June. If Allegri leaves in June, don’t be surprised to see one of these two on the Allianz Stadium bench in 2024-25.
