De Zerbi: 'Problems before winter break'

Sassuolo boss Roberto De Zerbi states the winter break can’t be used as an alibi for their problems. “Last year’s issues are still here in 2020.”

The Neroverdi have lost their last three consecutive games in Serie A, but De Zerbi doesn’t want to blame their defeats on the winter break.

“I don’t think our problem is because of the short stop. I believe there were other elements, some of which were also there last year,” said De Zerbi in his press conference.

Paratici: 'Juve don't need defenders'

Juventus director Fabio Paratici assures they “don’t need” any replacements for injured Merih Demiral, as Giorgio Chiellini will be back soon.

However, he suffered a serious knee injury during that game and has been ruled out for six-seven months following ACL and meniscus surgery.
