Report: Klose to pen Lazio deal

Reports in Germany suggest Miroslav Klose will sign a two-year contract with Lazio in the next few days.

The striker is out of contract with Bayern Munich and has confirmed his negotiations with the Stadio Olimpico outfit.

It's rumoured that the German international will put pen to paper on a two-year deal worth €1.8m per season plus performance-related bonuses.

Klose celebrates his 33rd birthday on Thursday and said he was “excited” about a new adventure in Serie A.

Rafinha happy with Bayern switch

Rafinha has expressed his pleasure at having completed his move from Genoa to German giants Bayern Munich.

"I'm delighted my transfer to Munich has worked out and that I'll be playing in the Bundesliga again," he told the club's official website.

"The target now is to finally win the trophies I've been denied so far. I'll now be facing the best teams and the best players in the world. I'm very happy."

Rafinha to join Bayern Munich

Genoa winger Rafinha is expected to sign for Bayern Munich within the next 24 hours.

The Brazilian did not really settle in Serie A and declared the style of football did not suit him.

He returns to the Bundesliga just a year after arriving from Schalke 04 and it's reported Bayern will pay €5.5m for the player.

According to German newspaper Kicker, Rafinha will fly into Munich tomorrow for his medical and put pen to paper on a new contract.

Ribery or Nani for Juventus?

Franck Ribery and Nani are being linked with Juventus after the club announced that they intended to make some top class signings.

Juventus director general Beppe Marotta last night confirmed that the outfit would be looking to strengthen over the summer with a couple of notable captures.

"Next year we will confirm most of the current squad and will add some world class reinforcements," the official noted.

Numerous players have been paired with the Old Lady this morning, including Ribery and Nani.

Montolivo heading for Bayern Munich

Riccardo Montolivo looks set to leave Fiorentina, but could be heading overseas to Bayern Munich.

The midfielder has rejected a contract extension offer and even Viola directors are “not optimistic” of seeing him at the club next season.

According to local newspaper Corriere Fiorentino, agent Giovanni Branchini has been in negotiations with the Bundesliga giants.

It would also be a positive move for Montolivo, who has German ancestry and would be able to play in the Champions League.

Inter to bid for Robben

Inter will make a summer bid for Bayern Munich's Arjen Robben, according to the Corriere dello Sport.

The Rome-based newspaper makes the claim on its front page today, suggesting that he would cost around €24m.

The publication adds that the Dutch international wants to leave the German giants after an alleged argument with Franck Ribery.

As a result, Inter are ready to make a bid – even if they will attempt to lower the asking price by offering Goran Pandev as part of the deal.

Inter prepare €30m Robben bid

Inter are already looking to next season with a reported €30m offer for Bayern Munich star Arjen Robben.

It's certainly not the first time the Dutch midfielder has been linked with a move to Serie A, as Juventus and Milan have also shown an interest in taking Robben to Italy.

According to the Corriere dello Sport this morning, the possibility of a transfer is stronger than ever.
