Highlights: Inter 3-1 Torino

Watch the highlights as Inter returned to winning ways in Serie A with a 3-1 win against Torino on Monday evening.

It threatened to be another one of those nights for Antonio Conte’s side when Andrea Belotti put the visitors ahead, capitalising on a howler from Samir Handanovic.

However, they killed off Toro by the hour mark with three goals in 12 minutes as Ashley Young, Diego Godin and Lautaro Martinez all got on the scoresheet.

Godin: 'Inter can catch Juve'

Diego Godin insists Inter believe they can catch Juventus and assures he is at the club to ‘bring a winning mentality. I want to stay here and do great things’.

Godin scored his first Serie A goal for Inter during their 3-1 win against Torino on Monday night, which propped his side into second place, eight points off Juve at the top.

“When we’re a spot of bother, it’s important to win any way we can,” he told Sky Sport Italia.

Gasp: 'Thought Juve was won'

Gian Piero Gasperini admits he thought Atalanta’s match against Juventus was ‘already won’ as they gear up for a derby with Brescia tomorrow.

The two sides are based in Lombardy but have contrasting fortunes, with Atalanta closing in on a Champions League place and Brescia nine points adrift of Serie A safety.

Gattuso: 'Milan should keep Maldini'

Napoli boss Gennaro Gattuso believes Milan should keep Paolo Maldini as a director. ‘He can still do very good things for them.’

Gattuso and Maldini won two Champions Leagues together as players for Milan and resumed their relationship at San Siro last season, when Rino was coach and the ex-defender returned in an executive capacity.

The 51-year-old is expected to leave at the end of the season, with Ralf Rangnick set to come in, but his former teammate feels he could still do a job for the Rossoneri.

Probable line-ups: Inter-Torino

Alexis Sanchez is set to partner Lautaro Martinez in Inter’s attack against Torino, who are without Simone Zaza.

The match kicks off at 20:45 BST – click here for a preview.

Romelu Lukaku will not be risked as he nurses a knock, so Inter should go with an all-South American front line this evening.

Sanchez will be particularly relishing the opportunity as he plays for a permanent transfer from Manchester United.
