Napoli on Heurtaux and Widmer

Udinese hint at meeting Napoli for Thomas Heurtaux and Silvan Widmer. “If there’s an offer, we’ll discuss it.”

The two clubs have already done business this summer with Duvan Zapata joining the Friulani on a two-year loan and Allan moving to the San Paolo.

“I have no appointments with (Napoli director Cristiano) Giuntoli, but over the next few days we will all be together in Milan,” Udinese director Cristiano Giaretta told Radio Marte.

Udinese: 'Allan pushing for Inter'

Udinese confirm Allan “is pushing to join Inter” rather than Napoli, so could work out an exchange deal.

The Brazilian midfielder is hot property after a splendid Serie A campaign, targeted by numerous top clubs.

“If Allan continued to push for a transfer to Inter, then some of their youth team players could enter into the negotiations as part of an exchange,” Udinese director of sport Cristiano Giaretta told fcinternews.it.

Udinese deny Strama sacking

Udinese director of sport Cristiano Giaretta slammed “unfounded claims” they will sack Coach Andrea Stramaccioni.

The rumours emerged after a 1-0 home defeat to Sassuolo left them fifth from bottom.

“There was no meeting with Stramaccioni and no divergence of opinions on transfer strategy,” assured Giaretta.

“We will speak at the end of the season and right now have another game to think about. We only discuss these matters around renewals and other issues when the campaign has been completed.

'Udinese talents for sale, if...'

Udinese confirm Silvan Widmer and Allan are likely to leave, while buying time over Antonio Di Natale and Andrea Stramaccioni.

The Zebrette may balance their books this summer by letting go of some of their stronger pieces, and the attention of other Serie A clubs is focused on the defender and the midfielder.

“Inter probed [for Allan] last summer, as [sporting director Piero] Ausilio holds the player in high regard, but I think a transfer this year may be a bit premature,” Udinese director of sport Cristiano Giaretta told Sportitalia.
