Hauge has landed in Milan

Jens Petter Hauge has landed at Malpensa airport, ready to complete his move from Bodo/Glimt to Milan.

Milan have reached an agreement with the Norwegian League leaders for the 20-year-old winger, who impressed during their meeting in the third qualifying round of the Europa League.

Hauge, who scored and assisted against Milan last Thursday, has been linked to the Rossoneri since the match and the Diavolo have moved quickly to secure the talent.

Done deal: Paqueta moves to Lyon

Milan have reportedly reached an agreement with Olympique Lyonnais over Lucas Paqueta, who seems set for a move to Ligue 1.

The Brazilian arrived from Flamengo for €38.4m in January 2019 but has struggled to convince during his time at San Siro.

Lyon have been linked with the 23-year-old in recent weeks and Sky Sport Italia reveals Milan have reached an agreement with the French side over the midfielder.

New Viola deal for Pezzella?

Fiorentina are hoping to keep captain German Pezzella and are reportedly preparing a new deal for the Argentine.

Il Corriere dello Sport claims the Viola are doing all they can to keep Pezzella, who made his move from Real Betis permanent in July 2018.

The 29-year-old defender’s contract expires in June 2022 and the newspaper reports the Viola are hoping to extend until 2024.

President Rocco Commisso has no intentions of selling his captain in the last week of the transfer market and will offer Pezzella a bumper new deal.

Hauge travels to Milan

Jens Petter Hauge has travelled to Milan today and thanks Bodo/Glimt for helping him close a deal with the Rossoneri. ‘It’s clearly a massive club’.

The Norwegian winger impressed during the third qualifying round of the Europa League and the Diavolo have been quick to reach an agreement with the Norwegian League leaders.

Hauge is on his way to Milan and hopes to close a deal within the next days.

Report: Milan done deal for Hauge

Italian reports suggest a €5m deal has been done between Milan and Bodo/Glimt for wide attacker Jens Petter Hauge.

His agent was in Milan this afternoon for a meeting with directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, Radio Rossonera and others, the encounter was a success and they finalised the details of the transfer.

Manchester United, Manchester City and Brighton were also among those interested.

Mancini: 'Uncertain Scudetto race'

Roberto Mancini believes Juventus face an ‘uncertain’ and open Scudetto race from Inter, Napoli, Milan, Lazio, Roma and Atalanta.

The Italy coach spoke at an awards ceremony and was asked about the 2020-21 title race.

“Juve remain the most complete squad, but I believe it really will be an uncertain campaign and open to far more Scudetto challengers,” said Mancini.

“I am thinking of Inter, Napoli, Milan, Lazio, Roma, but also Atalanta, who could confirm their status among the top teams.”
