Brescia won't lower Tonali price

Brescia are demanding €50m for midfielder Sandro Tonali, whereas it’s reported Juventus, Inter and Milan won’t go beyond €30m.

The 20-year-old is in his first Serie A season, but Brescia are in penultimate place and sliding inexorably towards relegation.

It therefore seems safe to say Tonali won’t be in their squad for next season in Serie B.

However, La Gazzetta dello Sport point out Brescia won’t lower the €50m asking price, whereas Juventus, Inter and Milan are prepared to offer €30m at most.

Exclusive: Milan in for Osimhen too

In a surprise development, Football Italia learn Milan have entered the race to sign Lille striker Victor Osimhen, although Napoli remain strong contenders.

Osimhen visited the Napoli facilities, meeting with coach Gennaro Gattuso and President Aurelio De Laurentiis last week.

He wanted time to consider all the options, including waiting for an offer from the Premier League, but that does not appear to be materialising.

Hottest Capocannoniere race in 60 years

The Capocannoniere race is suddenly tighter than ever, as Cristiano Ronaldo has 28 goals and Ciro Immobile 29, the most prolific battle since the 1950s.

Lazio striker Immobile had seemingly secured the title of Serie A top scorer with an astonishing run, but like his team, he too has stalled since the restart.

He had 25 goals in his first 22 games this season, but was suspended against Milan and has fired blanks in the last two fixtures as well.

It means Immobile had just two goals in his last six appearances.

Ibra: 'If I wanted old Milan...'

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has revealed that he could join Monza if he wanted the old Milan. ‘Adriano Galliani called me and said they were 11km away.‘

Galliani brought Ibrahimovic to Milan back in the summer of 2010 and, whereas the striker has since returned to San Siro, the CEO is now at nearby Monza with Silvio Berlusconi.

“Galliani called me and said: ‘You said this isn’t your AC Milan. Your old AC Milan are 11km away from Milan’,” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.

Serie A Week 32 referees

The referees for Sunday’s Serie A fixtures have been confirmed, with Federico La Penna given Napoli-Milan.

La Penna has been one of the more card-happy referees this season, showing 82 yellows and five reds in his 16 games this season, while awarding 11 penalties.

Both sides have a mixed record with the Roman as Napoli have won just one of their three matches, conceding a spot-kick in the 4-2 defeat to Sampdoria.

As for Milan, he was the referee when they were thrashed 5-0 by Atalanta in January.
