Balotelli 'at City for a few years'

Milan target Mario Balotelli “will stay at Manchester City for a few years and it's almost impossible he'll move in June,” said his agent.

There has been intense speculation over the striker's future after he had dinner with Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani and confessed he supports the Rossoneri.

“Balotelli needs to go through an important journey in his career. He moved to England and will stay at Manchester City for a few years,” agent Mino Raiola told Telelombardia.

Iachini faces Milan crossroads

Beppe Iachini is confident he can cause Milan problems tonight, but Brescia are already said to have contacted Giuseppe Papadopulo.

The Rondinelle face a very difficult task this evening when visiting San Siro and the current Serie A leaders.

“Milan are a great squad in every respect, so it will be tough to take them on,” said under-fire Coach Iachini.

“The statistics speak clearly, as do the star names. Among them are Zlatan Ibrahimovic, who can turn a game with a single move.

Miller looking at Milan move

The latest striker to be linked with a January move to Milan is Glasgow Rangers star Kenny Miller.

It is well known the Rossoneri are looking for a forward to replace Pippo Inzaghi, who was ruled out for six months by knee ligament surgery.

Scotland international Miller is already 30 years old, but his contract expires in June and he would be available for around £1.5m.

He has been on fine form for Rangers this season, scoring 18 goals in 14 games.

Boateng: 'Milan for life!'

Kevin-Prince Boateng has settled right in at San Siro. “I hope to stay at Milan for life and have what it takes to wear this shirt.”

The Ghanaian arrived from Portsmouth via Genoa in the summer and is still technically owned by the Marassi side.

Line-ups: Ronaldinho dropped again

Ronaldinho is on the bench yet again, but Kevin-Prince Boateng starts in a trequartista role for Milan against Brescia.

The Serie A leaders welcome their neighbours to San Siro for a local derby, so need at least a point to stay up there on their own after being caught by Lazio.

Alexandre Pato and Pippo Inzaghi are out of action until 2011, but Ronaldinho is still not given a chance to shine, as he is dropped for the seventh consecutive game.

Andrea Pirlo returns to the line-up after his injury problems, but Clarence Seedorf is rested.

Gattuso: 'It wasn't an easy game'

Gennaro Gattuso insists “there are no easy games” despite Milan sweeping Brescia aside and gives his opinion on “crazy” Mario Balotelli rumours.

The Rossoneri made short work of the Rondinelle this evening, securing a 3-0 result within the opening half-hour.

“There was nothing easy about it,” assured Gattuso. “We were fortunate to score the goal so early on, but there are no easy games in Serie A.

Allegri: 'A long road ahead of us'

Massimiliano Allegri is happy with the victory, but warns Milan “there is a long road ahead of us” to the Scudetto.

The 3-0 hammering of Brescia consolidated their Serie A leadership with a three-point gap from Lazio.

“I really cared about winning tonight and we did get off to a strong start, then we relaxed a bit,” said the Coach.

“After the second goal we kicked back into gear and got the third, then it all seemed a lot easier. We can be happy with what we did this evening.

Caracciolo plays down Ibra battle

Andrea Caracciolo is adamant tomorrow's San Siro clash against Milan won't be a personal battle between himself and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The two strikers are the most important players for their respective clubs, but the Italian is looking at the contest in general.

"It won't be Ibra versus Caracciolo, but Milan against Brescia," the former Palermo man noted ahead of the Lombard derby.

"It'll be a very difficult game against a side who want to remain on the path which has taken them to the top of the table.

Milan: Forget about Balotelli

Milan chief Adriano Galliani has cooled expectations that the Rossoneri will sign Mario Balotelli next summer.

The Italian giants are being paired with the Manchester City ace with some regularity given that the striker is a Milan fan who wants to play alongside Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Although Galliani admits that he would love the player to arrive, he's keen for supporters to remain realistic.

Allegri sends message to Dinho

Massimiliano Allegri has issued a clear message to Ronaldinho, telling the star playmaker that only those players who show they want to stay at Milan will remain.

The Brazil international's contract is due to expire in June and although he has expressed his desire to stay, his resolve will be tested by the fact he is no longer considered a first team regular.

"I believe that there must be players at Milan who want to be at Milan. Results are only obtained with the great motivation of everyone within the group," Allegri said.
