Mancini: 'Inter set the example'

Roberto Mancini insists Inter should ‘set the example for everyone’ in Serie A and sees similarities with Antonio Conte, while he won’t risk Nicolò Zaniolo at Euro 2020.

Napoli's new fashion designer kits

Napoli are expected to announce the release of two new kits and accessories in collaboration with Kappa and fashion designer Marcelo Burlon.

The jerseys continue Burlon’s recurring motif of neon wings, which you can usually see on his T-Shirts for hundreds of pounds.

The first is yellow with the blue wings, while the second kit is black with blue wings.

This collaboration seems to also include hats and even a football.

Although the announcement is not yet official, the images of the photo shoot have emerged on social media.

Skriniar: 'Inter are reaping the rewards'

Milan Skriniar admitted Inter ‘never thought’ they would be 11 points clear with eight games left. ‘We are reaping the rewards for the work we have done’.

Skriniar has played 26 times in the League this term and has contributed to a great run of 11 consecutive wins in Serie A, to give the Nerazzurri a great advantage in the Scudetto battle.

The AIA has announced the referees for Serie A Week 31, with Daniele Orsato given Atalanta-Juventus and Daniele Doveri overseeing Napoli-Inter.

Fabio Maresca, who was at the whistle when Milan won 3-1 against Parma will not be stopped and continues as fourth official in the match with Sassuolo and Fiorentina.

Gianpaolo Calvarese will oversee Milan-Genoa on Sunday, ahead of Atalanta-Juventus and Napoli-Inter on a super Sunday.

Tagliafico 'pleased' by Inter link: 'Zanetti is my idol'

Ajax full-back Nicolas Tagliafico admitted he’s ‘pleased’ by the interest from Inter. ‘My idol of all time is Javier Zanetti’.

Il Sole 24 Ore reports a formal request from seven Serie A clubs asks for the resignation of the Lega President Paolo Dal Pino.

Seven Serie A clubs – including Juventus, Inter Napoli and Lazio – have formalized ‘an act of no confidence’ in the Lega Serie A President.

The report reveals the clubs have sent a letter requesting the resignation and a second letter hypothesises a complaint for mismanagement in the negotiations with private equity funds for the media company and the issue of TV rights.

Llorente knew Conte 'would end Juve's domination'

Udinese forward Fernando Llorente said he expected Inter coach Antonio Conte to ‘end the domination of my Juventus’.

The former Juventus striker was part of an attack with Carlos Tevez at the Allianz Stadium and helped the Old Lady score 102 points in Serie A.

Locatelli 'ready' to take the next step

Sassuolo midfielder Manuel Locatelli feels he has developed and claims he’s ‘ready’ to play for one of the giants, but won’t rule out a move abroad.

The 23-year-old moved on loan from Milan to the Neroverdi in August 2018 and completed a permanent move for a reported €12.5m in July 2019.

Lukaku: 'Serie A is hard work'

Romelu Lukaku admits he did not expect Inter to be on the verge of Scudetto success already, while Antonio Conte’s staff won’t let him bench press weights.

The striker spoke to 433 in an Instagram Live chat, sitting pretty 11 points clear at the top of the Serie A table.

“I feel good, we are working really hard. There were lots of ups and downs last season, but there are a lot of young players in the squad, so I think taken another step forward. There are many games to go and we’re hungry to achieve our results.”
