Is Leo so unlike Rafa?

Inter have been transformed under Leonardo, but how much is down to him or to Rafa Benitez, asks Susy Campanale?

Muntari tantrum angers Inter

Leonardo insists there is “no Sulley Muntari problem,” but he has been dropped against Bologna and could head to England.

The midfielder was visibly furious when he walked very slowly off the field for his substitution in the 3-2 Coppa Italia victory over Genoa.

It is also reported that Muntari hurled abuse at assistant manager Beppe Baresi once he did leave the pitch. The Ghana international has been dropped from the squad to face Bologna today.

Line-ups: Eto'o v Di Vaio

Dejan Stankovic supports Samuel Eto'o and Diego Milito as Inter welcome Marco Di Vaio's Bologna.

These two sides were held in a stalemate when they met back in Week 1, so it is not necessarily an easy task for Leonardo's men.

Eto'o is fielded in his preferred more advanced position alongside Milito, as Stankovic takes the trequartista role in Wesley Sneijder's absence.

Luis Fabiano invites Juve, Inter bids

Brazil star Luis Fabiano “is available for €12m, with Juventus and Inter both interested,” said his agent.

The striker had already been linked with Milan last summer, but Sevilla rejected an offer of €14m.

“Luis Fabiano has many fans in Italy,” agent Jose Fuentes told Sky Sport Italia.

“It's true that Juventus are tracking him, but the Bianconeri are not the only side interested.

Javier Zanetti was moved by his standing ovation on matching Beppe Bergomi's record. “I am part of the big Inter family.”

“I thank everyone for the standing ovation and this evening could not have gone better,” he smiled.

Chelsea want Sanchez too

Chelsea have joined Inter in the race to sign Udinese ace Alexis Sanchez, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Italian champions have been monitoring the Chilean for months and are understood to have opened negotiations with the Bianconeri.

However, according to Italy's most famous pink paper, Chelsea are ready to hijack the deal for the South American.

The London club are said to be willing to offer €25m for the versatile attacker who can play out wide, as a trequartista or as a second striker.

Leo demands greater concentration

The Nerazzurri have won each of their three games under his management, but not one of those victories have been accompanied by a clean sheet.

Speaking ahead of this weekend's match against Bologna, Leonardo said: "The first games have given us confidence, but Bologna are in good shape and we must be careful.

'Leo is destined for greatness'

Bologna Coach Alberto Malesani believes Leonardo is destined for greatness at Inter.

The Brazilian was appointed in December to replace Rafa Benitez.

He has won his first three games in charge of the Nerazzurri.

Speaking ahead of tomorrow's game between the two sides, Malesani said: "He is special, one of those coaches who doesn't need to come up through the ranks.

"Everyone speaks well of him. If Milan and Inter have appointed Leonardo it means that he is mature.

Inter defender Walter Samuel says he is making progress towards recovery from his serious knee injury.

The veteran Argentine was ruled out for the rest of the season when he tore his cruciate ligaments in November.

"Everything is going as planned. Yesterday I underwent a series of tests which all gave positive feedback, so my hope is that of being back available again before the end of the season.
