Dirty Inter can go all the way

Europa League inviting for Inter

Inter have fond memories of European football and winning the Europa League could be the ideal way to mark this debut Antonio Conte season, writes Richard Hall.

Inter have not been consistent all season, but they are vastly improved. With the pandemic breaking up the football timetable, the focus has been on Serie A after the return. The Champions League and the Europa League have been almost dismissed as an after-thought, but now they are back and Inter have a huge chance to put Antonio Conte’s tenure on the map. A club with a long-standing love affair with what was the UEFA Cup, they can now use this competition as a springboard to show that both domestically and in Europe, they are serious contenders.
