Juve prepare Nainggolan assault?

Juventus are reportedly preparing another raid on Roma for €40m-rated Radja Nainggolan this summer.

According to Tuttosport, Juve are “tracking” Nainggolan and will use Miralem Pjanic to “press” his former Roma teammate into making the switch.

However, such a deal seems unlikely from the outset, given the 29-year-old is on record as saying he “hates” the Bianconeri.

Serie A Week 36: Did You Know?

Daniele De Rossi and Luciano Spalletti break taboos, Napoli equal 1949-50 Juventus record, Atalanta in Europe and Inter's worst negative streak in Susy Campanale's stats round-up.

Daniele De Rossi had never before in his career managed to find the net for three Serie A matches in a row.

Luciano Spalletti’s side have scored at least three goals in six of their last nine Serie A games. This was only Spalletti’s second victory over Juventus, along with three draws and 18 defeats. The other success was 3-2 in the Coppa Italia quarter-final in Turin on January 26, 2006.

Juve have won just one of their last seven competitive visits to Roma, 1-0 in May 2014, along with two 1-1 draws and four losses.

He made an immediate impact, scoring two goals and playing for most of the match with a large bandage on his cracked eyebrow.

Federico Di Francesco also impressed with his delightful flick off the outside of the boot.

Bans announced for Benali, Kondogbia

It is announced that Pescara's Ahmad Benali will receive a three-match ban, while Inter's Geoffrey Kondogbia will miss his side's next two games.

Both men were sent off for dissent in their sides' respective Serie A matches last weekend.

Benali was furious at having not been awarded a penalty in the Delfini's 1-0 home defeat by Crotone. Having been booked for remonstrating with referee Carmino Russo, the 25-year-old continued to protest and was eventually shown a second yellow card for abusive language.
