Inler to accept Leicester City?

Napoli midfielder Gokhan Inler is reportedly ready to accept a move to Claudio Ranieri’s Leicester City.

The Swiss international had been hesitant about the transfer, even after the clubs agreed terms for €4.5m.

He was offered a contract worth €2m per season at the Premier League side.

Inler was initially unimpressed by the idea of this move, but Il Mattino newspaper claims Leicester and Napoli have worn him down.

This is also because Schalke 04 retracted their interest when hearing the asking price.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, Besiktas are readying an offer of €2.5m yearly plus bonuses for the player, which could raise his salary to €3m.

The Turks are believed to be offering Napoli a comparatively more modest offer of €3.5m for the player himself.
