Boateng joins Las Palmas

Kevin-Prince Boateng has joined Spanish club Las Palmas, having recently left Milan as a free agent.

The Rossoneri opted not to retain the former Ghana international after his contract expired at the end of last season.

Now, it has been confirmed that the 29-year-old’s future will reside in the Canary Islands, with the midfielder putting pen to paper on a one-year contract with the La Liga side.

Boateng enjoyed two stints at San Siro, firstly from 2010-13 before returning for another brief spell in January this year.

Kevin-Prince Boateng isn’t just training with Milan, he could play for them in tomorrow’s friendly with Monza.

The Ghana international is going to work with the Rossoneri until December 31 with an eye to a possible contract, as he was frozen out by Schalke 04.

It would be another step towards the midfielder’s full return to San Siro.
