“Higuain played in the heat, made a long journey and he seemed very tired,” warned the Coach in his Press conference.

However, his brother has ruled out any such move from the Argentine striker. Higuain’s current Partenopei deal is set to expire in June 2018.

The Partenopei are certainly in great shape, unbeaten in 15 competitive games and winning 11 of the last 13.

Maurizio Sarri said Napoli missed “a bit of luck” in their 0-0 draw with Genoa and wanted a penalty on Gonzalo Higuain.
A victory would’ve put the Partenopei joint top of the table with Fiorentina and Inter, but they fired blanks at Marassi.
“We lacked a bit of luck compared to previous games,” Sarri told Mediaset Premium, albeit using a more colourful term in Italian slang.

The Napoli striker has been on sparkling form this season and made no secret of how much the change of management has helped.
“My brother rediscovered his confidence with Sarri and can get even better,” Nicolas Higuain told Radio Kiss Kiss.
“I don’t know the Coach personally, but I know he’s an old-fashioned man with all the preparation of a modern tactician.
