Totti waits for Roma decision

A final decision on Francesco Totti’s Roma contract is reportedly expected in the coming days.

The Giallorossi captain is out of contract at the end of the season, and it’s not clear if the club will offer the 39-year-old an extension.

It was reported this week that President James Pallotta had experience a change of heart, and that Er Pupone will be given a one-year extension.

According to La Repubblica, Totti will not wait until the end of the season to decide his future, so wants an answer one way or the other.

Pallotta to keep Sabatini

Roma President James Pallotta reportedly rejected sporting director Walter Sabatini's resignation letter.

Alongside former Coach Rudi Garcia, the 60-year-old was the figure identified by the tifosi as most responsible for the Giallorossi's seasonal shortcomings.

There was a general sense in the environment that the sporting director was on his way out, and this was confirmed by Sabatini himself in March.
