Agent: 'Nothing concrete for Theo or Reina'

Agent Manuel Garcia Quillon has denied talks with Paris Saint-Germain regarding moves for Milan duo Pepe Reina and Theo Hernandez.

Both have been linked with the French giants ahead of the upcoming transfer market and today L’Equipe claimed Leonardo is serious about the former Real Madrid defender.

His agent Garcia Quillon, however, has quashed the reports and denies any contact with the Ligue 1 champions.

Reina: 'I couldn't breathe'

Milan loanee Pepe Reina revealed that he ‘lost oxygen for 25 minutes’ after contracting coronavirus and claimed he 'never had as much fun' as with Maurizio Sarri’s Napoli.

The former Napoli goalkeeper has been loaned out from his current employer Milan to Aston Villa in the Premier League and had previously revealed that he suffered symptoms of the coronavirus during his stay in the UK.

Reina: 'I had symptoms'

Milan loanee Pepe Reina has revealed that he had symptoms of the Coronavirus and the Aston Villa goalkeeper encouraged people to “follow the restrictions”.

The Spanish shot stopper moved back to the Premier League in January, when the Villains picked him up on a loan deal until June 2020.

He played six games for the Claret and Blue before the forced break due to the Coronavirus outbreak and now the 37-year-old has admitted to having symptoms of the COVID-19 virus.

Fiorentina-Napoli haunts Reina

Former Napoli goalkeeper Pepe Reina has revealed that he would love to replay and make up for the decisive 3-0 defeat against Fiorentina in 2018.

The 37-year-old Milan loanee has played six games in the Premier League since his move to Aston Villa in January but admitted that he doesn’t know what will happen after his current deal at Villa Park.

“I’m on loan until June 30, then I still have a year left on my contract at Milan,” he wrote on Instagram. “But you never know in football, right?”

Reina: 'Napoli can beat Barcelona'

Pepe Reina’s father assures Napoli “won’t need a miracle to beat this Barcelona” in a surprisingly open Champions League Round of 16. "They're dependent on Leo Messi."

The goalkeeper represented both clubs during his career and is currently at Aston Villa, but his father and agent Miguel gave predictions ahead of the European showdown.

“I adore Napoli and the way they are playing,” Miguel Reina told Radio Kiss Kiss.

Reina wants to 'feel like a footballer'

Pepe Reina has revealed he was only at Milan because Gianluigi Donnarumma “had to leave” the Rossoneri.

The Italy international was in a transfer saga and linked away from the club when Reina was brought in to help the club in a difficult period.

Official: Reina out, Begovic in

Pepe Reina has officially joined Aston Villa on loan, with Asmir Begovic replacing him at Milan via Bournemouth.

The 37-year-old Spanish goalkeeper had his medical today and was already in the stands at the weekend to watch his new team lose 6-1 to Manchester City.

Reina has signed a six-month loan deal with Aston Villa and his contract with Milan runs to June 2021.

He arrived from Napoli as a free agent in the summer of 2018, having previously played for the likes of Villarreal, Liverpool and Bayern Munich.

Donnarumma in doubt for SPAL

Milan goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma is in doubt for Wednesday’s Coppa Italia tie against SPAL with a thigh issue, which could see Asmir Begovic make his debut.

Donnarumma didn’t take part in the Rossoneri’s training session this morning, according to the official Milan website.

The shot stopper will be examined in the next few days to assess the extent of the damage to his left thigh.
