Alex Sandro out, Marcelo in?

Reports continue to insist Alex Sandro is ready for a transfer to Paris Saint-Germain, which would open the door for Marcelo to Juventus.

Paris United maintain the left-back has already agreed personal terms and the two clubs can start to discuss a potential transfer.

Alex Sandro has also been linked with Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City.

If the Brazilian were to leave Turin, his replacement would likely be fellow countryman Marcelo.

Juve keep track of Marcelo

Juventus are giving genuine thought to a bid for Real Madrid and Brazil full-back Marcelo, assure Sportitalia.

The Bianconeri already shook up the summer by signing Cristiano Ronaldo for €112m and could reunite him with another Merengues player in Turin.

There have been reports about the Marcelo approach before, but Sportitalia insist there will be more proposals in future.

However, it would depend on Alex Sandro leaving and he has offers from Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United and Chelsea.

Could Pogba return to Juventus?

There are surprising reports that a clause would allow Juventus to bring Paul Pogba back from Manchester United for €60m, perhaps in an exchange for Alex Sandro.

According to Juventusnews24.com, there was an agreement in the historic €105m transfer that saw Pogba move to Old Trafford in the summer of 2016.

It would give the Bianconeri the option of bringing him back to Turin for just €60m.

This figure could even become a straight swap if Manchester United were to come back in for left-back Alex Sandro.

PSG rejected for Alex Sandro

Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly offered €40m for Alex Sandro, but it was immediately rejected by Juventus.

The Brazilian full-back has been heavily linked with the French side, as well as Chelsea and Manchester United.

While the Bianconeri would like to tie him to a new contract, there have so far been no significant advances in negotiations.

Now Tuttomercatoweb is reporting that PSG have made an offer of €40m, but Juve didn’t consider that to be close to Alex Sandro’s valuation and rejected it out of hand.

Juve ask Madrid for Marcelo too?

After signing Cristiano Ronaldo, it’s reported Juventus could target his Real Madrid teammate Marcelo if Alex Sandro leaves.

The €100m buy, plus €12m in formation payments to his former clubs, is the biggest ever purchase from a Serie A club, breaking the €94m record set by Juve for Napoli striker Gonzalo Higuain in 2016.

According to Mediaset Premium, the bond between Juventus and Real Madrid isn’t done with yet.

Alex Sandro to cost €60m

Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester United have been told Juventus want €60m to part with Alex Sandro.

According to Mediaset Premium, the price-tag for the Brazilian left-back, who can also play in more advanced roles, is €60m with bonuses.

This appears to have frightened off Manchester United, who have already turned to other targets.

PSG are still very much in the running, but must wait until after June 30 due to Financial Fair Play considerations.

Juventus are reportedly willing to offer Alex Sandro a two-year extension to his contract, but the defender is stalling.

The Brazilian was wanted by Chelsea last summer, but he ultimately decided to remain in Turin, albeit without a new contract.

Bianconeri general manager Giuseppe Marotta has already confirmed that the left-back will be offered a new deal this summer, and calciomercato.com purports to have details of the offer.

United or Juventus for Alex Sandro?

Juventus will reportedly offer a contract renewal to Alex Sandro, but Manchester United are also interested in him.

The left-back was a target for Chelsea last season, but the Bianconeri rejected a €60m bid after the player made it clear he was happy to stay.

The Brazilian hasn’t been called-up for the World Cup, having had a comparatively poor season for the Old Lady.

Juve are nevertheless keen to tie him to a new contract, reports Gazzetta dello Sport, which would run until 2023.
