‘Alex Sandro stays, Can in 10 days’

Beppe Marotta expects Emre Can’s situation to be resolved in 10 days, and confirms Juventus will meet Alex Sandro next week to extend his contract.

The Bianconeri are working on their plans for next season, but Alex Sandro has been linked with a move to Manchester United.

“Well… let’s just say we’re in contact with almost all players to review their contractual positions a bit,” Marotta told assembled reporters this afternoon.

Alex Sandro could stay at Juventus

It’s reported that Alex Sandro could renew his contract at Juventus, despite interest from Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain.

Chelsea pushed hard to sign the Brazilian last summer, but he ultimately decided to stay in Turin.

This season the left-back hasn’t been at his best, and there has been speculation that the Bianconeri could look to cash in.

Juventus in for Ismaily

Juventus are reportedly looking at Shakhtar Donetsk’s Ismaily to replace Alex Sandro this summer.

The Bianconeri are in need of left-back reinforcements, as Kwadwo Asamoah will leave on a free transfer and Alex Sandro could be sold.

Leonardo Spinazzola will return from his loan at Atalanta, but he’s been forced to have surgery on a meniscus injury.

That could keep him out for up to six months, and Premium Sport is reporting that Juve are considering a move from Ismaily.

Report: Alex Sandro set for United

Manchester United are reportedly on the verge of finalising a €50m deal for Juventus left-back Alex Sandro.

According to La Stampa, official confirmation of Alex Sandro’s switch could come in ‘the next few days’, although not before United face Chelsea in the FA Cup on Saturday.

The newspaper explains that will allow Matteo Darmian to move in the opposite direction, although the Italian would do so in a separate transfer.

Brazil leave out Alex Sandro

Juventus full-back Alex Sandro has been left out of the Brazil squad for this summer’s World Cup.

The Selecao named their 23-man squad this evening, and there is plenty of Serie A representation.

Roma goalkeeper Alisson, Inter centre-back and Juventus winger Douglas Costa have all been included in Tite’s squad.

However, Douglas Costa’s Bianconeri teammate Alex Sandro won’t be travelling to Russia, unless he’s called-up to replace an injured player before the tournament starts.

Man Utd target Alex Sandro

Manchester United are reviving their bid for Juventus left-back Alex Sandro and the cost is €60m, claims the Sunday Times.

The Brazilian has long been targeted by Premier League clubs, including Manchester City and Chelsea.

It’s reported today that Jose Mourinho specifically named the 27-year-old as his ideal reinforcement for the summer.

Alex Sandro was signed from FC Porto in 2015 for €26m, which at the time was considered very steep for a player not particularly well-known.

Juve go all-out attack with Inter

Juan Cuadrado could be used as a right-back in an extremely forward-minded Juventus side to take on Inter this evening.

Mattia De Sciglio, Giorgio Chiellini and Stefano Sturaro are out injured, so options are somewhat limited in defence.

Rather than shift to three at the back, it’s reported Max Allegri has decided to go all-out attack at San Siro.

Allegri considers Juve alternatives

Max Allegri is keeping Napoli on their toes with several potential changes to the Juventus line-up and tactical system this evening.

It kicks off in Turin at 19.45 UK time (18.45 GMT), click here for a match preview.

Going into the title fight, only four points separate these sides at the top of the table, meaning a Napoli victory would close the gap to one point with four rounds to go.

Juve: Alex Sandro out, Bernat in?

Juventus will reportedly sell left-back Alex Sandro this summer and could replace him with Bayern Munich’s Juan Bernat.

According to Tuttosport, Juve hope to receive €60m for Alex Sandro from a Premier League club or Paris Saint-Germain, despite his below-par campaign.

The newspaper adds Juve will then target Bernat, who has made just seven appearances for Bayern this term.

However, that tally has been influenced by the Spaniard being sidelined by a serious injury at the start of the season.
