Dybala to meet with PSG?

Paulo Dybala’s representatives will reportedly meet with Paris Saint-Germain on Tuesday, as his Juventus future remains in doubt.

La Joya turned down moves to Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur, largely due to issues over his image rights and commission to his agent.

He scored a stunning goal in last night’s friendly win at Triestina and sent a message to the club and fans, celebrating by pointing to the name on the back of his jersey and patting the J badge on his chest.

Dybala sends Juventus message

Paulo Dybala sent a message to Juventus with a stunning goal and pointed celebration, but also saw a penalty saved in a 1-0 win at Triestina.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Coach Maurizio Sarri didn’t make the trip to the Stadio Nereo Rocco in Trieste, as the star had a muscular issue and the tactician still suffering from flu. It was therefore used as an opportunity to experiment with Dybala as a False 9.

Milan ask Spurs for Aurier

Milan have asked Tottenham Hotspur if they can take Serge Aurier on loan with option to buy, according to French reports.

Soccerlink claim the Rossoneri are prepared to sign the Ivory Coast international, who had been close to San Siro before opting for Spurs in 2017.

The right-back struggled to make an impact in England and is proving to be an expensive weight on their wage bill.

With the Premier League transfer deadline already passed, a sale abroad is the only option and Milan are open to giving Aurier a new lease of life in Serie A.

Dybala still has much to give Juventus

Juventus need to think twice before letting a talent like Paulo Dybala leave, as Anthony Barbagallo insists La Joya can shine for Maurizio Sarri.

The recent sales of Italian starlet Moise Kean and Portugal international Joao Cancelo suggests that Juve is heading in entirely the wrong direction. Selling young talents and keeping aged players like Sami Khedira and Gonzalo Higuain means there is no future project in the works over at Turin. However, the bigger picture here is that the Bianconeri are slowly losing their identity.

Napoli leading Llorente race

Napoli are moving into pole position for free agent Fernando Llorente, ahead of Fiorentina, Lazio and Manchester United.

According to La Repubblica newspaper, the Partenopei are in advanced talks with the 34-year-old Spaniard.

He is available after his Tottenham Hotspur contract was allowed to expire and he participated in the Champions League Final.

Manchester United could still sign him after the Premier League transfer deadline, because he is a free agent.

Napoli and Man Utd call Llorente

Napoli and Manchester United have approached free agent Fernando Llorente, claim reports, and he is asking for a €4m salary.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, the former Juventus and Tottenham Hotspur striker has set out his personal terms.

The 34-year-old Spaniard wants a three-term contract that would earn him €4m per season.

As he is a free agent, Llorente would still be able to sign for Manchester United, even after the Premier League transfer window shut.

Did Spurs lower Dybala bid?

According to Tuttosport, Juventus pulled the plug on Paulo Dybala’s move because Tottenham lowered their offer to €62m.

The transfer had been in full swing down to deadline day, but fell apart in the final hours.

It had been suggested Dybala’s wage demands were behind the sudden collapse of talks, or the issue of his image rights.

Now Tuttosport claim it was Spurs who lowered the initial €70m proposal to €62m, considered too low for Juve to accept.

Juve still want to sell Dybala

Despite the failure of transfers to Manchester United and Tottenham, it’s reported Juventus still want to sell Paulo Dybala, with PSG, Bayern Munich and Inter likely options.

The Bianconeri had agreed a fee with both clubs only for La Joya to scupper the deals with his salary and commission demands.

Now the Premier League transfer window has shut, but according to multiple Italian sources, this has not changed the fact Juventus want him out of the squad.

Tottenham drop Dybala bid

Tottenham Hotspur have practically abandoned attempts to sign Paulo Dybala after securing a €60m deal for Giovani Lo Celso.

They had made a bid worth €70m, accepted by Juventus, but personal terms were proving a massive problem, just as they had been with Manchester United.

With the Premier League transfer deadline under 24 hours away, there isn’t enough time to work through the many complicated details.
