Tottenham drop Dybala bid

Tottenham Hotspur have practically abandoned attempts to sign Paulo Dybala after securing a €60m deal for Giovani Lo Celso.

They had made a bid worth €70m, accepted by Juventus, but personal terms were proving a massive problem, just as they had been with Manchester United.

With the Premier League transfer deadline under 24 hours away, there isn’t enough time to work through the many complicated details.

Lukaku books Inter medical

Romelu Lukaku will have his Inter medical tomorrow, claim Sky Sport Italia, after Manchester United accepted €65m plus €10-13m bonuses.

The deal also includes a percentage of a future transfer fee.

Lukaku is currently in Belgium and will fly straight to Milan from there for the medical on Thursday.

Inter and Manchester United exchanged documents via email, so there is no need to fly to England for the paperwork.

Tottenham in Dybala race against time

Paulo Dybala is open to joining Tottenham Hotspur, claim Italian sources, but it’s unlikely Spurs and Juventus will sort out the details in time.

According to Sportitalia, Il Messaggero and more, Dybala turned down Manchester United, but would be ready to sign for last season’s Champions League Finalists for €70m.

The main problem remains his wage demands, the €15m commission for his agent and above all the issue of image rights.

Dybala 'prefers PSG to United'

Paulo Dybala will reportedly look to join Paris Saint-Germain over Manchester United if he leaves Juventus.

Dybala seemed to be headed for United as part of a swap deal involving Romelu Lukaku, but he could not agree personal terms with the Red Devils.

Gazzetta dello Sport explains the forward would like to stay at Juve but prefers the French capital to the English giants in the event he has to depart.

The newspaper adds his agent Jorge Antun has already held ‘positive’ talks with PSG sporting director Leonardo.
