Paratici: 'Juve never contacted Guardiola'

Juventus director Fabio Paratici confirmed they won’t announce a new Coach until “all competitions have concluded, but we never contacted Pep Guardiola.”

Mihajlovic: 'Introduced my mentality'

Sinisa Mihajlovic explained how he turned Bologna’s season around and left the door open to remain next season. “I just tried to pass on my mentality.”

The transformation since he took over from Pippo Inzaghi has been remarkable, winning 30 points in 17 rounds compared to 14 points from the opening 21 games.

This evening's 3-2 against Napoli was their seventh consecutive Serie A home victory, scoring at least two goals each time, a new club record.

Palacio: 'I hope Mihajlovic stays'

Rodrigo Palacio hopes Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic will stay with Bologna, but admits his own future at the Dall’Ara is also up in the air.

They ended the season with 44 points and seven consecutive home victories, including tonight’s 3-2 over Napoli.

“We are playing good football, we go out there only to win and the Coach changed that, as we’ve played so well from February onwards,” the Argentine told Sky Sport Italia.

Mihajlovic: 'I was born ready'

Sinisa Mihajlovic felt Bologna securing Serie A safety was “practically a miracle” and hinted he is ready for a big club, whether it’s Lazio or Juventus.

The Coach took over from Pippo Inzaghi in January and transformed their fortunes, culminating in this evening’s 3-3 draw away to Lazio.

“Nobody, or at least very few, believed we could stay in Serie A and I was one of them. I saw this team had quality and characteristics. The more time went on, the more I became convinced,” Mihajlovic told Sky Sport Italia.

Mihajlovic: 'Bologna want to win'

Bologna need a point against Lazio tomorrow night to stay up, but their Coach Sinisa Mihajlovic is focused only on victory.

Mihajlovic: Insulted by police!

Bologna boss Sinisa Mihajlovic has claimed that he was called a ‘gypsy’ by a police officer before the Coppa Italia Final.

A Lazio fan was thought to have insulted Mihajllovic, who did not hold back, but the Serb has now revealed that the remarks came from a member of law enforcement.

“I was insulted by a policeman!” he told Gazzetta dello Sport.
