Mihajlovic vents fury after defeat

Bologna coach Sinisa Mihajlovic was furious after the 2-1 home defeat to Sassuolo. ‘They played better and I was deservedly sent off.’

The tactician was dismissed from the touchline at the Stadio Dall’Ara this evening and has certainly recovered his old fighting spirit, as he stormed into the Sky Sport Italia post-match interview.

“I am not taking any questions, so wait there, I will tell you some things and you will listen,” declared Mihajlovic.

Bologna youngster Musa Juwara thanked Sinisa Mihajlovic for ‘giving me confidence’ after the 18-year-old scored his first Serie A goal against Inter.

Juwara sparked the comeback win by equalising Romelu Lukaku’s opener for the hosts, as Musa Barrow made sure Bologna left with all the spoils in a 2-1 win at the Giuseppe Meazza.

Juwara was delighted to have contributed in the big win and thanked his coach, before he dedicated the goal to his family.

Miha: 'I expect more from Orsolini'

Bologna coach Sinisa Mihajlovic admitted he wanted to bring match-winner Riccardo Orsolini off the pitch after the first half against Sampdoria.

The Rossoblu coach spoke to Sky Sport Italia after the 2-1 win against the Blucerchiati and said Orsolini, who scored the visitors second goal of the night, was lucky to not have a competitor on the bench.

Barrow: 'I'm not afraid to step up'

Bologna forward Musa Barrow dedicated his goal against Sampdoria to ‘my grandmother and all the victims of coronavirus’.
